Symantec Acquires LifeLock For $2.3 Billion
Mountain View-based Symantec has acquired Tempe, Arizona-based identity theft protection provider LifeLock , in a deal worth $2.3 billion in cash, according to the companies on Sunday evening. Symantec will pay $24.00 a share for LifeLock. The companies said the acquisition will expand addressable market, broaden value proposition, and enable sustainable consumer segment revenue and profit growth for the companies.
