Breakthrough Energy. The new clean technology investment firm is aimed at finding affordable and reliable energy that doesn't emit greenhouse gas, according to Gates, who called climate change a "serious threat". The new firm will focus on technology in the areas of electricity, buildings, manufacturing, transportation, and food,
