AdEspresso Acquired By Hootsuite
San Francisco-based AdEspresso, a developer of software for managing Facebook and Instagram advertising, has been acquired by social media management software developer Hootsuite. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. AdEspresso--which also has a big chunk of its team in Italy--said the acquisition is the biggest acquisition of 2016 in Italy.
