Bizzy Acquired By SendGrid
San Francisco-based Bizzy, a developer of email marketing automation software, has been acquired by SendGrid. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. SendGrid said it will use Bizzy's team and software to bring new capabilities to its Marketing Campaigns product. Bizzy was founded in 2013 by Jennifer Kessler, Founder & CEO, and Chiara McPhee, Founder & COO.
