Veem Raises $24M For Blockchain Payments
San Francisco-based Veem, a cross-border, Bitcoin business payments company, said it has raised $24M in a Series B funding round. The company--until recently knwon as Align Commerce--said the funding came from National Australia Bank, and also included GV (formerly Google Ventures), SBI Investment, plus Kleiner Perkins Caufield Byers and Silicon Valley Bank. Veem's CEO is Marwan Forzley, and the company has now raised more than $40M in total funding.
