ModCloth Acquired By Jet.com
San Francisco-based online women's retailer ModCloth is being acquired by Wal-Mart subsidiary Jet.com, according to reports today. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Modcloth was venture backed by Norwest Venture Partners, Accel Partners, FirstRound Capital, Floodgate, Harrison Metal, along with others.
