Pixelworks Buys ViXS Systems
San Jose-based visual processing software developer Pixelworks said on Wednesday that it has completed its acquisition of Canadian media processing, encoding, and transcoding software developer ViXS Systems. The deal had originally been announced on May 18th. The all-stock deal is worth approximately $17.7M.
