Intermedia Buys AnyMeeting
Mountain View-based Intermedia annoucned this morning that it has acquired AnyMeeting, a developer of cloud-based web- and video-conferencing services. Financial details of the asset acquisition were not announced. Intermedia said the acquisition will help it become a "one-stop shop" for unified communications (UC) and business productivity applications for SMBs.
