Cisco Completes Springpath Buy
San Jose-based Cisco said late last week that it has completed its acquisition of Sunnyvale-based Springpath. The deal was worth $320M in cash, and had been announced in August. Springpath was a developer of distributed file system software, for server-based storage systems.
