Cloud Harmonics Acquired By Ingram Micro
San Jose-based Cloud Harmonics, a provider of cybersecurity solutions for the U.S. and Canadian markets, has been acquired by Irvine, California-based Ingram Micro. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Cloud Harmonics has locations in both San Jose, California, and Austin, Texas. Ingram said the buy specifically will help it bolster its presence in the security market.
