Centrify Acquired By Thoma Bravo
Santa Clara-based Centrify, which develops identity and access management software, has been acquired by San Francisco-based private equity investor Thoma Bravo. The deal was announced last week. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Centrify's venture investors included Mayfield, Accel Partners, Jackson Square Ventures and Index Ventures. Centrify was founded in 2004.
