has sold the rest of a flash memory joint venture it had set up in 2006 with
Micron
. Micron said Thursday that it is buying the rest of
IM Flash Technologies
in a deal worth $1.5 billion in cash plus assumption of about $1 billion in debt. IM Flash makes flash used in high end data center computers.
