Alpine SG Buys e-Courier Software
Walnut Creek-based Alpine SG (ASG), which is owned by private equity investor Alpine Investors, has acquired Colorado-based e-Courier Software, a developer of enterprise software for "last-mile" couriers. Financial terms of the buy wer enot announced. Alpine Investors said it acquired e-Courier Software via Alpine Investors V, VI, and VI-A, LP and its affiliates. e-Courier's software is used by customers for workforce management and asset tracking for delivery couriers.
