Alpine Data Raises $7.5M
San Mateo-based Alpine Data Labs, a developer of predictive data insight software, said today that it has raised $7.5M in a Series A funding round. The round came from Sierra Ventures, Mission Ventures, and Sumitomo Corporate Equity Asia. The firm said the funding will go towards increasing staff in China, as well as for product development and sales.
