Redwood City- and Hilden, Germany-based QIAGEN N.V. said late Sunday evening that it has acquired N-of-One, a provider of molecular decision support software and service and provider of clinical interpretation services for complex genomic data. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. N-of-One was based in Massachusetts. QIAGEN said the deal will help it "significantly expand" its decision-support solutions, plus offer up a broader range of software, content, and service-based solutions in the area.
