Accept Software Raises $4.25M
Fremont-based Accept Software, a provider of enterprise product planning software, has landed $4.25M. Accept said this morning that the round was led by Jefferson Partenrs. In conjunction with the deal, Ian Locke of Jefferson, and Ken Gardner, a serial entrepreneur who co-founded Sagent, have joined the company's board of directors. Accept said it will use the funding to build out its sales and marketing organization and expand internationally. Accept's software is used to management product requirements and product planning.
