Redwood City-based OpenWave Systems has acquired Austin, Texas-based SoloMio, the firm said Tuesday. SoloMio provides subscriber call management services. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. OpenWave said that the deal was all-cash and will not have a material effect on its fiscal 2007 results.
