CMP Buys Software 2007 Conference
San Francisco-based CMP Technology, the conference organizer behind the Web 2.0 Summit, said today it has acquired the Software 2007 conference. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. M. R. Rangaswami, executive conference director for the event, will join CMP Technology's MediaLive division. The Software 2007 conference focuses in on software CEOs and executives.
