Cypress Sells Silicon Valley Center To Oak Hill, Tallwood
Cypress Semiconductor said today that it has agreed to sell its Silicon Valley Technology Center business to Oak Hill Capital Partners and Tallwood Venture Capital, in a private equity deal worth $53M in cash. Cypress said it will transfer substantially all equipment, process technologies, and personnel associated with its SVTC business to the firms.
