Polycom Buys SpectraLink For $220M
Pleasanton-based Polycom, a provider of video conferencing hardware and speaker phones, said last night that it is in a definitive agreement to acquire Colorado-based SpectraLink. The deal is worth $220M in cash. SpectraLink develops wireless handsets and other products for businesses. The acquisition is expected to close in Q2.
