Polycom Completes SpectraLink Acquisition
Pleasanton-based Polycom has completed its acquisition of SpectraLink, the firm announced this morning. The firm said that following the firm's merger today, SpectraLink will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Polycom. The deal, which was originally announced in February, was worth $220M in cash. SpectraLink was a provider of wireless handsets and other communications equipment.
