Arkivio Acquired By Rocket Software
Boston-based Rocket Software, a provider of enterprise infrastructure software, said this morning that it has acquired the software assets of Mountain View-based Arkivio. Arkivio was a developer of storage products, including tiered storage and information lifecycle management (ILM) products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Arkivio was venture backed by Globespan Capital Partners and Steelpoint Capital Partners, and had previously raised funding from Voyager Capital, JAFCO America Ventures and Moore Capital Management Inc.
