Embedded Solution Partners Acquired
San Mateo-based Embedded Solution Partners, which develops embedded software products and services, has been acquired. Continuous Computing, which develops systems and services for the telecom equipment market, said today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Embedded Solution Partners. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Jim Ritchie, CEO and co-founder of Embedded Solution Partners, joins Continuous Computing along with the acquisition.
