New Leaf Paper
, a manufacturer of environmentally responsible paper, said Wednesday morning that the firm has completed a $5M, private equity investment round led by Pacific Community Ventures, with participation by Plainfield Asset Management and Partnership Capital Growth. New Leaf said it will use the funding to continue development of its environmentally responsible paper. New Leaf said the funding was the first outside investment for the firm, which had $30M in sales as of last year. The ten year old firm said the investment will help the company reach more than $100M in sales.
