Atheros Completes Intellon Buy
Santa Clara-based Atheros said Tuesday evening that it has completed its acquisition of home networking technology firm Intellon. Atheros said it paid $113.6M in cash plus 5,039,561 of its stock for Intellon. The deal was originally announced in September. The deal was worth approximately $276M, based on Atheros trading Wednesday.
