Amobee Buys RingRing Media
Redwood City-based Amobee Media Systems, a provider of mobile advertising products, said today that it is in an agreement to acquired RingRing Media, a mobile advertising agency. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. RingRing Media is based in London. Amobee said the move will complements its portfolio and services and technology with RingRing's mobile advertising exchange.
