Ankeena Networks, a developer of caching devices for multimedia content, has raised $15.93M in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm. Source of the new funding was not announced. Ankeena is backed by Clearstone Ventures, Mayfield Fund, Trinity Ventures, as well as individual investors Rajeev Motwani, Raj Singh, B.V. Jagadeesh and Jorge Del Calvo.
