Flixster, BuddyTV Team Up
San Francisco-based Flixster, which operates the Flixster and Rotten Tomatoes entertainment web sites, has tied with television community BuddyTV, the firms said today. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Flixster will represent BuddyTV's advertising via its sales teams in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Seattle. The firms said the deal will create "ultimate social network for entertainment fans."
