Thoma Bravo Buys LANDesk
Private equity firm Thoma Bravo has acquired LANDesk Software, a developer of IT services management software, LANDesk said this morning. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. LANDesk, which is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, was previously owned by Emerson. LANDesk said the move is aimed at accelerating its revenue growth and solidifying its leadership position in the industry.
