AppSense Acquired By LANDESK
Sunnyvale-based AppSense, a developer of endpoint security and user profile management software, has been acquired by LANDESK, the two companies said Monday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. AppSense, founded in 1999, was backed by Goldman Sachs; LANDESK is a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo.
