The company--which was previously based in Istanbul, Turkey--said the funding came from Aksoy Internet Ventures. The firm is headed by Melvin Tercan. Tinypay's service allows users to include short links in Twitter messages or on Facebook, and allows buyers to fill out a short form for instant payments.
