Red Robot Labs, the make of the Life Is Crime Android game, said Friday that it has acquired UK-based
Supermono, a developer of computer games. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Red Robot also said it has added Phil Harrison, General Partner of London Venture Partners, and former Sony Computer Entertainment exec, as an advisor along with the acquisition. Red Robot is venture backed by Benchmark Capital, Shasta Ventures, and Playdom co-founder Rick Thompson; the firm's co-founder is angel investor Chamath Palihapitiya.
