Red Robot Labs Gets $5M To Expand To Asia
Palo Alto-based Red Robot Labs, the developer of mobile games which is headed by Mike Ouye, said today that it has raised $5M in funding, as it enters the Asian market. The funding came from strategic partners Next Media, which is based in Taiwan. Red Robot said it is working with Next Media Animation, an associate of Next Media Group, to build on its mobile gaming platform, and will also be working with the firm to launch its flagship title, Life Is Crime, in Asia.
