AQT Solar Lands $18.7M
Sunnyvale-based AQT Solar, which develops CIGS (copper-indium-gallium-diselenide) thin-film solar cells, said yesterday that it has raised $18.7M in a funding round. Source of the Series B funding was not announced. AQT Solar said it has now raised almost $40M for its efforts. AQT Solar is led by Michael Bartholomeusz.
