Amobee Acquired By SingTel For $321M
Redwood City-based Amobee, the venture-backed developer of mobile advertising technology , has been acquired by SingTel, in a deal worth $321M. According to Singapore Telecommunications Limited, the acquisition will help expand its presence in the mobile advertising and marketing industry. Amobee was venture backed by Accel Partners, Cisco Corp., Globespan Capital Partners, Motorola, Sequoia Capital, Telefonica, and Vodafone.
