Intel Backs IT Management Software Firm ScienceLogic
Intel has backed a maker of It operations and cloud management software, ScienceLogic, via its Intel Capital venture arm, ScienceLogic said Monday. ScienceLogic said that Intel led a $15M, Series B funding round for the firm, which makes software used to manage IT infrastructure. ScienceLogic is based in Reston, Virginia. New Enterprise Associates also participated in the funding round, and is a prior investor in the company.
