Waterfall International Acquired By Upland Software
San Francisco-based Waterfall International, a developer of cloud-based, mobile messaging software, has been acquired by Austin-based Upland Software. Upland Software said this morning it paid $24.4M in cash plus $1.5M in cash holdback for Waterfall International, which had its headquarters in San Francisco, and offices in Austin and Boston. Upland said it expects to generate $9.0M in annual revenue from the acquisition, and upped its 2017 guidance to match.
