San Jose-based
Adobe Systems said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of
Neolane, the French developer of cross-channel, campaign management software. The deal was worth $600M. Neolane's software is used for managing Web, email, social, mobile, call center, direct mail and point of sale (POS) marketing campaigns. Neolane had been backed by Auriga Partners, XAnge Private Equity, and Battery Ventures.
