Causata Acquired By NICE Systems
San Mateo-based Causata, which develops real time, big data analytics software, has been acquired by Israeli firm NICE Systems. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Causata said the deal will allow it to offer offer solutions which provide greater visibility into a customer's activities on the Web. Causata was venture backed by Accel Partners.
