San Francisco-based
ZenDesk, the developer of cloud-based, IT support and helpdesk software, has filed for an IPO, saying Thursday that it is hoping to raise up to $150M in an IPO on the NYSE. The company has applied to list as ZEN. The IPO is being underwritten by Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Pacific Crest Securities, and Canaccord Genuity. Zendesk is ventuer backed by Charles River Ventures, Benchmark Capital Partners, Matrix Partners, as well as others.
