Coupa Buys ZenPurchase
San Mateo-based Coupa Software, which develops cloud-based expense and spending management software, said Tuesday that it has acquired San Francisco-based ZenPurchase, a developer of enterprise procurement software. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Coupa is venture backed by Meritech Capital, Icon Ventures, Northgate Ventures, Crosslink Capital, Mohr Davidow Ventures, Battery Ventures, El Dorado Ventures, and Blue Run Ventures.
