Panaya Acquired By Infosys
Menlo Park-based Panaya, a developer of enterprise resource planning software, has been acquired by Infosys, Infosys said over the weekend Panaya was venture backed by Benchmark Capital, Battery Ventures, Hasso Plattner Ventures, Gemini Israel Ventures and Israel Growth Partners. The deal was worth $200M. Infosys said the buy bolster its existing service lines.
