Pertino Acquired By Cradlepoint
Los Gatos-based Pertino, a developer of cloud-based networking products aimed at distributed enterprises, has been acquired by Boise, Idaho-based Cradlepoint. Financial details of the deal were not announced by thec ompanies. CradlePoint is a developer of 4G networking products for the enterprise. Pertino was venture backed by Jafco Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Icon Ventures, and Wing Venture Capital.
