TinyCo Acquired By SGN
San Francisco-based mobile games developer TinyCo has been acquired by fellow mobile gaming company SGN, according to the two companies. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. TinyCo was backed by Andreessen Horowitz, and is best known for developing the Family Guy and Marvel Avengers mobile games. TinyCo was founded by Suli Ali, who joins SGN, and will continue to lead TInyCo's 125 person team. SGN said it expects TinyCo to earn $100M in revenues this year.
