VOKE VR Acquired By Intel
Santa Clara-based VOKE VR, which develops stereoscopic lenses and a panoramic camera specifically aimed at capturing virtual reality content, has been acquired by Intel, Intel announced this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. VOKE VR was backed by the Sacramento Kings. VOKE's system captures a 180 degree view of the world, which can be captured and presented to users in virtual reality environments.
