BrightFunnel Acquired By Terminus
San Francisco-based BrightFunnel, a developer of marketing analytics and attribution software for the B2B market, has been acquired by Atlanta-based Terminus. Financial details of the acquisition were not anonunced. Terminus said that 40 of BrightFunnel's employees will join the company, and will continue to be based in San Francisco. Chris Mann was the CEO of BrightFunnel, which was venture backed by such investors as Resolute Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, Crosslink Capital and Tekton Ventures.
