Wind River Now Part Of TPG
Alameda-based Wind River, the developer of embedded operating system software, is now officially owned by private equity investor TPG Capital, TPG Capital said Tuesday. Financial details of the deal, which was announced in April, have not been announced. Wind River was previously owned by Intel.
