AlienVault Acquired By AT&T
San Mateo-based AlienVault, a developer of unified cyberseurity management software, has been acquired by AT&T, AT&T said on Tuesday. Financial details of the buy were not announced. AlienVault was venture backed by Intel Capital, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Trident Capital. At&T said the acquisition will help it expand its enterprise-grade security solutions.
