A10 Networks was up in its IPO Friday, after pricing its stock at $15.00 per share late Thursday evening. A10, which makes web security application products, sold 12,500,000 shares of its common stock at $15.00 per share. The company is now trading on the NYSE as ATEN. A10 had initially set a pricing range of $13.00 to $15.00 per share. A10 was venture backed by Summit Partners, Mitsui & Co., Harbinger Venture Management, Triton Ventures, Miven Venture Partners, Enspire Capital, H&Q Investments, along with others. A10 was trading around $15.50 in afternoon trading, up around 3.4 percent from its IPO price.
