Automattic Buys Scroll Kit
San Francisco-based Automattic, the company behind the popular WordPress blogging and web software, has acquired Scroll Kit, a developer of software to help users create their own websites without having to write code. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Scroll Kit was based in New York; the company's team will begin working on WordPress, and will be shutting down its service.
